Two volunteers are looking for a room Thursday night--anybody have any leads or want to share costs for that night?

We will be setting up the lab in the Sails Pavilion on Tuesday. Anyone who wants to come by and help is welcome to! Tuesday night is the NECC opening reception from 7 - 9 pm (pre-fireworks), and since it is being held in our area we want to be up and running and with computers available! Children are invited to the reception, and I have a hunch they may like playing on our computers instead of socializing with adults... :)

If you indicated on the volunteer list that you needed a badge, you can pick it up from Susan Gubernick on July 4 at the info booth in registration area, or on July 5 - 7 at the info booth in Sails Pavilion (3rd level--Info booth is between the Playground and the lab.)

It would be nice to have a volunteer coordinator who can work work with the volunteers as they arrive to get them going, and keep track of volunteers during the show. If anyone is up for this job, let me know. In the meantime, look for me when you arrive and we'll help to get you situated.
