The NECC 2006 Program Committee is pleased to inform you of the acceptance of your BIRDS-OF-A-FEATHER Session.

 

Please note that there were multiple proposals on this topic. Ideally we hope that you and the co-presenters above will work together to co-lead the discussion.

 

The preferred title for this presentation is:

K12 Free and Open Source Software

The short description will read:

Users of Free and Open Source software in schools: Linux, Open Office, Firefox, Moodle, Mambo, Samba, Apache, MySQL, and More!

 

Please note that there were multiple proposals on this topic, so we have elected to combine them into one session. Ideally we hope that you and the others listed below will work together to co-lead the discussion.

 

Because we need one point person for any given presentation, a primary contact has been appointed. The team will consist of

The primary contact person can edit the title or short description. Be aware that the Final Program and signage will be exported on April 10 so any changes after that will not be captured. The names listed above appear as co-presenters on the Primary Contact person’s listing online/in the NECC database.

 

The date and time for this presentation is 4:45-5:45 PM Thursday, July 6.

 

Your Birds discussion has been scheduled into a session room. You may use the equipment in this room however no technical support will be provided.

 

Room and table number will posted in mid May on your Speaker Menu as well as posted on the NECC Web site http://center.uoregon.edu/ISTE/NECC2006/program/search.php.
