Computer Lab

• 25 laptop computers, with NIC, booting from CDs (Steve Wyatt bringing)
• Ask Steve W. about mice and keyboards this time (Steve) - need to check on this.
• Burn 25 CDs with etherboot ISO
• Set up two servers
  • K12LTSP (newest version?) (Toshio)
  • Ubuntu / Edubuntu (Toshio or do onsite)
• Get "netbooter" computer ready
• Bring cables (Jason)
• Bring switches (Jason)
• Make sure three internet drops
  • One for presenter
  • Two for servers
• Plasma screen (NECC)
• Microphone
• Security Cage (for lab computers, email garden, and playground) (NECC)
• Make sure presenters bring their own laptops, have a spare (Steve)
• Print schedule of speakers (flyer)
• Print schedule of speakers (poster - NECC provide?)
