Playground Booths (Thursday and Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm or later)
- We will have six playground booths on Thursday and Friday (not Wednesday). Therefore, it doesn't seem to make a lot of sense to set the booths up for the Tuesday night reception. Instead, we'll set up the Open Source lab on Tuesday and have it available Tuesday night to demo any/all programs that will later be in the booths.
- Need to make arrangements for computers for booths. If you are not able to bring a computer to demonstrate in your booth area, please contact Steve at 916-899-1400.
- Booths will need to be staffed during the whole show. Each booth has room for two computers / presentations.
- Set up for the booths will be between 7:00am - 9:00am (when the playgrounds "open").
- Overnight security: there will be security cages for small things; larger things will need to be cared for separately. We'll have one security cage for the lab, another one for the Playground Booths. There will be overnight security, but best to still use the cages.
- Bringing material in: don't bring in through the docks. Unload from the front of the convention center or in the basement. There are escalators and elevators. We are on third floor.
- Takedown will be anytime after 3:00 until 5:00 pm.
- NECC will produce signs for us to put up (they have to).

I have a monitor I can bring if needed. It is a 17" Dell CRT.
